Motivated and engaged Remodeling sales professional wanted to help ownership take Award-Winning Design and Build company to the next level. The successful candidate will be an energetic and excellent communicator with a drive to help our clients realize their goals. This role is essential to the continued growth and success of the company. Compensation is a base salary with a commission, possible company vehicle, 401K, PTO, and health care available. Skill and experience based.

Responsibilities

Your daily goals will be to vet and close company-provided leads using a proven process with a focus on kitchen and bath-related projects. Meeting clients in their homes to help inform and guide them through our process with meetings in our showroom. Use of industry cloud-based software to work through design and project development partnering with in-house designers as well as architects and other designers. Use of an in-house estimating system, trade partner interaction, and successful handoff to the production team.

Qualifications

Fluent with Microsoft products, and an excellent listener and communicator. 5 years minimum experience in remodeling sales including kitchen and bath sales. Must understand how to build relationships and problem-solve for our clients. A positive mindset and ethics are a must. Design software experience is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $67,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

• Microsoft Office: 3 years (Preferred)
